Special Rebates and Incentives
SMC Energy Watch has reduced fixed pricing on equipment and contracted labor, so our rebates and incentives will likely be more attractive than those offered by other programs.

Turn-key Direct Installation Program
SMC Energy Watch offers a turn-key, direct-installation program for many energy efficient lighting and refrigeration systems including:
- Efficient and improved lighting
- Occupancy and daylight sensors
- LED exit signs
- Refrigerator strip curtains
- Cold drink vending machine sensors
Retro-Commissioning
SMC Energy Watch can retro-commission your buildings, which means verifying that your buildings' systems are working as designed and identifying opportunities for performance improvements. Retro-commissioning measures may include:
- Resetting controls and temperature set-points
- Ventilation rate normalization
Buildings eligible for this retro-commissioning program must be at least 100,000 square feet or must consume 2,000,000 kWh or 50,000 therms per year.
Other Energy Efficiency Retrofits
SMC Energy Watch can identify other energy-efficiency retrofit projects for your facilities and help you get rebates for these projects. Such projects can include:
- Replacing boilers or chillers
- Computer power management
