About Us
San Mateo County Energy Watch is a local government partnership between the City/County Association of Governments of San Mateo County and Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E).
This program is managed and staffed by RecycleWorks, a program of the County of San Mateo. Other program partners include Ecology Action.
The program is funded by California utility customers and administered by the Pacific Gas and Electric Company, under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission.
